You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Using AI to generate illegal, hate-filled, or harmful content.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to exploit the platform's AI models.
• Misusing automated tools to disrupt the service.
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Assets generated through Manigghi belong to you, but Manigghi and our AI providers retain rights to the underlying models and software. We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use generated assets for your business.

6. Fees and Payments

We use Stripe for subscriptions and usage-based billing. Fees are clearly stated and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Manigghi is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.
